How many people in a group?
I specialise in small groups to allow for a more personal experience. Generally no more than 10 - 12 people but this is flexible according to your requirements.
Prices range between £20.00 - £25.00 per head depending on group size and length of walk.

Can you tailor make a walk?

Yes. Given a full brief and a reasonable time scale, individual walks can be created on request.
What if it is raining?
​
Come prepared! This is London and we don't stop for the weather. If conditions are truly inclement, however, we can discuss swapping an outdoor walk for an inside walk.

What languages do you speak?

Fluent in French and intermediate Spanish.
How long do the walks last?
Public walks last one hour 45 minutes.
For private tours the length can be longer or shorter to accommodate you.

Payment

Fees for Scheduled Walks are £20 per head plus booking fee.

Fees for Private and Bespoke Walks are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client.

Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.

Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via booking system or by private agreement by bank transfer.

Full refund minus £2.00 admin fee for cancelling with a full 7 days notice before the day of the walk

Within 7 days notice exchanges only with an admin fee of £3.00

In all instances the booking fee is non-refundable

More than 14 days in advance: 100% refunded (minus £2.00 admin charge)

8-14 days full days before the walk date : 50% refunded (minus £2.00 admin charge)

Insurance
Although Wide Eyed London is covered by ITG insurance for the duration of the tour, clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own travel insurance.
Privacy
Customers sign up knowingly to receive updates. If they did not sign up online they signed up by voluntarily giving their email addresses after a Wide Eyed London tour.
All personal data is protected and stored for the sole purpose of sending Wide Eyed London updates and emails.
Personal data will never be shared with any third parties, ever.
